Skull Keys — iOS Keyboard · Effective July 4, 2026
The short version: Skull Keys collects nothing, stores nothing, and transmits nothing. What you type stays on your device. Period.
Nothing. Skull Keys does not collect, store, log, or transmit any personal information, keystrokes, or usage data of any kind.
Skull Keys has no network access. The keyboard runs with Apple's "Full Access" permission disabled (RequestsOpenAccess = false), which means iOS itself blocks the keyboard from any network connection or shared storage. This is enforced at the operating-system level — it is not merely a promise.
Keystrokes are processed entirely on your device to display the keys you press and to offer spelling suggestions via Apple's built-in, on-device spell checker. Nothing you type ever leaves your device through Skull Keys.
There are no third-party SDKs, no analytics, no advertising frameworks, and no tracking of any kind in Skull Keys.
Skull Keys does not collect data from anyone, including children.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
